Cancellation & Travel Interruption Policy

In the event that a guest is unable to travel during their originally scheduled week due to circumstances beyond their control – including, but not limited to, a government-imposed travel ban affecting travel to Cuba or the suspension of Commercial and Cuba Fly Fishing Co. Charter Flights between the United States and Cuba, the following policy will apply:

1. Full Credit Option

If travel is not possible for the reasons outlined above, all payments made toward the trip will be issued as a full credit.

• The credit will be valid for 24 months from the original travel week.
• The credit will be applied toward your originally booked destination.
• The full value of all payments made will be preserved without penalty.

2. Reimbursement After 24 Months

If the guest is unable to redeem their credit within 24 months, of the original scheduled travel dates due to the same qualifying circumstances, Cuba Fly Fishing Co. will provide a full reimbursement of all amounts paid toward the canceled trip.

This policy is intended to provide peace of mind and financial protection should government or airline restrictions prevent travel as originally planned.
